- 1 tbsp. of vegetable oil
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- 1 small onion, thinly sliced
- 1 small red bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small green bell pepper, thinly sliced
- 1 small carrot, julienned
- 1 tbsp. of soy sauce
- 1 tbsp. of oyster sauce
- 1 tsp. of sugar
- 1/4 tsp. of black pepper
- 1/4 cup of chopped cilantro

1. Start by cooking the rice noodles according to the package instructions. Once cooked, drain and rinse with cold water. Set aside. 2. Add the sliced onions, red and green bell peppers, and julienned carrots. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes until the vegetables are slightly softened. 5. Add the cooked rice noodles to the wok or skillet and stir fry for 1-2 minutes. 6. In a small bowl, mix together soy sauce, oyster sauce, sugar, and black pepper. 7. Pour the sauce mixture over the noodles and vegetables and stir fry for another 1-2 minutes until everything is well combined and heated through. 8.
