- 1/2 teaspoon cinnamon powder
- 1/2 teaspoon clove powder
Equipment
- Blender or food processor
- Large bowl
- Large pot or rice cooker
Method
- Combine all ingredients in a blender or food processor and blend until smooth.
- Heat the vegetable oil and sesame oil in a large pot or rice cooker over medium heat.
- Add the blended paste to the pot and stir until fragrant, about 5 minutes.
- Add 4 cups of water and bring to a boil.
- Add 2 cups of rice and stir to combine.
- Cover and simmer for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is cooked.
