  • 1/4 cup low-sodium soy sauce
  • 2 tbsp. honey
  • 1 tbsp. cornstarch
  • 1 tsp. garlic powder
  • 1 tsp. onion powder
  • 1 tsp. ground ginger
  • 1/4 cup water

Equipment

Method

  1. Cook brown rice according to package instructions and set aside.
  2. Preheat grill pan over medium-high heat.
  3. Season chicken with salt and pepper and grill for 6-8 minutes on each side or until cooked through.
  4. While chicken is cooking, heat olive oil in a large saucepan over medium-high heat.
  5. Add sliced onions, red and green bell peppers, and broccoli florets to the saucepan and sauté for 5-7 minutes or until vegetables are tender.
