  • 1 tablespoon sesame oil
  • 1 tablespoon vegetable oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 tablespoon ginger, grated
  • 2 green onions, sliced

  • Frying pan
  • Bowl for mixing sauce

Method

  1. Boil water in a pot.
  2. Add rice noodles and cook for 5 minutes or until tender.
  3. Drain the noodles in a strainer and rinse with cold water.
  4. Chop the bell peppers, carrot, and cucumber into thin strips.
  5. In a bowl, mix soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar, sesame oil, garlic, and ginger.
  6. Heat vegetable oil in a frying pan over medium heat.
  7. Add the vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes until slightly cooked but still crispy.
  8. Add the cooked noodles to the pan and stir-fry for another minute.
  9. Pour the sauce over the noodles and vegetables and stir-fry for another minute.
  10. Garnish with green onions and serve.

Notes

This recipe can be easily modified to suit your child's taste. If your child doesn't like certain vegetables, you can substitute them with vegetables they like. You can also adjust the amount of sauce according to your child's preference.
