- 1 cup cooked rice
- 1 cup curd
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/4 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/4 tsp salt
- 1/4 tsp mustard seeds
- 1/4 tsp cumin seeds
- 1/4 tsp asafoetida
- 1 green chili, chopped
- 1 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1 tbsp chopped curry leaves
- 2 tbsp chopped coriander leaves
- 1 tbsp ghee

Method
- Mash the cooked rice with a fork and keep it aside.
- In a bowl, whisk the curd and milk together until smooth.
- Add the turmeric powder and salt to the curd mixture and mix well.
- Heat the ghee in a pan and add the mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and asafoetida.
- When the mustard seeds start to splutter, add the chopped green chili, ginger, and curry leaves.
- Saute for a minute and then add the mashed rice to the pan.
- Mix well and saute for 2-3 minutes.
- Remove the pan from heat and let it cool for a minute.
- Add the curd mixture to the pan and mix well.
- Garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Refrigerate for 1-2 hours before serving.

- You can add grated carrots, cucumber, and pomegranate seeds to add more texture and flavor to the dish.
- Make sure to use fresh curd for best results.
- You can adjust the spice level according to your taste.
