Method

  7. Make a small indentation in the middle of the rice ball and add your desired filling.
  8. Cover the filling with more rice and shape it into a ball or triangle again.
  9. Repeat steps 6-8 until all the rice is used up.
  10. Wrap each rice ball in a sheet of nori (dried seaweed) if desired.
