Ingredients

  • 1 tablespoon minced ginger
  • 3 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1 onion, chopped
  • 1 cup uncooked jasmine rice

  • 1 cup frozen peas and carrots

Method

  1. Start by rinsing the rice in cold water until the water runs clear. Add the rice and water to the rice cooker or pot and cook according to the instructions.
