Method

Cover the bowl with a clean kitchen towel and let it rest in a warm place for around 30 minutes to an hour. The batter should rise and become bubbly. 4. Heat the vitumbua or aebleskiver pan over medium heat and add a little oil in each mold. 5. Pour the batter into each mold until it is about two-thirds full. 6. Cook the vitumbua for about 2-3 minutes on each side until it is golden brown and cooked through. 7.
