Once it comes to a boil, reduce the heat to low, cover the pot with a lid, and let it cook for 15-20 minutes, until the rice is cooked and the water is absorbed. 10. Once the rice is cooked, turn off the heat and let it sit covered for 5-10 minutes. 11. Fluff the rice with a fork and garnish with chopped fresh cilantro.
