- 1 teaspoon of salt
- 1 teaspoon of cumin
- 1 teaspoon of chili powder
- 1 teaspoon of paprika

Method
- Begin by rinsing the rice in cold water until the water runs clear. This removes excess starch and ensures that the rice cooks evenly.
- Preheat the Aroma rice cooker by pressing the cook button.
- Once the rice cooker is preheated, add the olive oil and diced onion to the inner pot. Cook for 2-3 minutes or until the onion is soft and translucent.
- Add the minced garlic and diced green bell pepper. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes or until the peppers are soft.
- Add the rinsed rice to the inner pot and stir until the rice is coated with the oil and vegetables.
- Add the can of diced tomatoes, chicken broth, salt, cumin, chili powder, and paprika to the inner pot. Stir until all ingredients are well combined.
- Close the lid of the rice cooker and press the cook button. The rice cooker will automatically switch to the warm setting once the rice is fully cooked.
