- 2 cups cooked jasmine rice
- 2 tablespoons olive oil

- 2 tablespoons soy sauce
- 1 tablespoon fish sauce
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar

- 1/4 teaspoon black pepper
- 2 eggs, beaten

Method
- Heat the oil in a wok or frying pan over medium-high heat.
