Method

  1. Press the "Saute" button on your Instant Pot and add the olive oil.

  8. After 10 minutes, carefully quick release any remaining pressure.
  9. Open the lid and fluff the rice with a fork. Add chopped cilantro and stir to combine.
  10. Serve hot and enjoy!

  • If you prefer your rice to be a bit more tomato-ey, feel free to add an additional tablespoon or two of tomato sauce.
  • If you prefer a bit more spice, add a diced jalapeno or serrano pepper when you saute the onion and garlic.
