For the rolls:- 10 sheets of rice paper
- 2 cans of tuna, drained
- 1 carrot, peeled and julienned
- 1 cucumber, julienned
- 1 avocado, sliced
- 1/4 cup of fresh mint leaves
- 1/4 cup of fresh cilantro leaves
- 1/4 cup of chopped peanuts
- 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
- 2 tablespoons of rice vinegar
- 1 tablespoon of honey
- 1 tablespoon of grated fresh ginger

To make this recipe, you will need a cutting board, a sharp knife, a bowl of warm water, and a serving platter.Method
1. Start by preparing your filling ingredients. Drain the tuna and flake it with a fork. Julienne the carrot and cucumber, slice the avocado, and chop the peanuts. Set aside. 2. Fill a shallow bowl or baking dish with warm water. Dip one sheet of rice paper into the water and let it soak for about 10 seconds, or until it softens. Remove the rice paper from the water and place it on a clean work surface. 3. Arrange a few pieces of each filling ingredient in the center of the rice paper, leaving about an inch of space on each side. Add a few leaves of mint and cilantro on top of the filling. 4. Fold the bottom edge of the rice paper up over the filling, then fold in the sides and roll the paper tightly to enclose the filling. Repeat with the remaining rice paper and filling ingredients. 5.
