Method

- Add the raisins and cook for another 2-3 minutes.

- Cook for 20-25 minutes, or until the rice is tender and the liquid is absorbed.
- Remove the pot from the heat and let it sit covered for 5 minutes.
- Fluff the rice with a fork before serving.
Notes
- You can substitute the almonds with any other nuts of your choice.
- You can substitute the raisins with any other dried fruit of your choice.
