- 6 bell peppers
- 1 cup uncooked rice
- 1 lb. ground turkey
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 can diced tomatoes, drained
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. paprika
- 1 tsp. dried oregano
- 1 tsp. dried basil
- 1 tbsp. olive oil
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method
- Preheat oven to 375°F.
- Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
