  • 6 bell peppers

  • 1 tsp. black pepper
  • 1 tsp. paprika

  • 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 375°F.
  2. Cut off the tops of the bell peppers and remove the seeds and membranes.
